The WIMNA Case Competition is back for its second year!

This immersive, team-based competition challenges college students to tackle a real-world business issue shaping the future of motorsports. Teams will develop strategic recommendations and present their solutions to leaders from across racing, automotive, engineering, marketing, business and industry innovation.

This is where classroom learning meets the speed, strategy and innovation of motorsports. The competition is open to undergraduate and graduate students from all areas of study. Teams must include three to four students from the same accredited school, along with one faculty or student advisor.

📅 KEY DATES:

  • Registration opens August 24th 12:01am ET

  • Registration closes October 4 at 11:59 p.m. ET

  • Lap 1 case released October 12

  • 10-minute recorded presentation due October 23

  • Six finalist teams announced October 30

  • Final Lap case released November 9

  • Final Lap competition held December 7 at Dallara AK Esports in Indianapolis

  • Winning presentation and awards held December 8 during Women with Drive Summit

Registration fee is $100 per team which includes four WIMNA Nation Student annual memberships. Finalist teams will attend Women with Drive VI at the discounted student-member registration rate of $300—a savings of $275 off the standard registration fee.

🏆 The top three teams will receive team scholarships, a team trophy, recognition on stage at Women with Drive VI and promotion through WIMNA communications.
